If you need to rearrange the order of arguments for a string that has
formatting sequences (%s, %ld, etc.) in it, you can do it by adding n$ after
the % character (%1$s, %2$ld). Thus, "File %s is %ld bytes" could also be
"%2$ld bytes in file %1$s" or something like that.
